英国学生评价高等教育服务质量的现状研究——以《全国学生调查》为例

摘　　要：文章以英国2009年度的《全国学生调查》为例,介绍了学生评价高等教育服务质量的全过程。该案例抽样广泛,调查方式灵活,问卷科学简洁,调查结果显示满意率较高,具有较高的借鉴价值。The article take the British 2009 year ＂National Student Investigation＂ as an example,introduced the student assessment higher education grade of service entire process.This case sampling is widespread,the investigation way is flexible,the questionnaire science is succinct,the survey result demonstration satisfaction rate is high,has high profits from the value.
