摘　　要：本文分析了民办高校转型发展的必要性,阐述了实现民办高校转型发展的路径:以转变教育观念为先导,树立科学的教育发展观;以学科专业建设为龙头,建立与经济发展适应的专业体系;以提高教学质量为中心,深化人才培养模式改革;以师资队伍建设为重点,打造优质合理的教学团队;以体制机制创新为动力,提升管理水平和办学效率;以错位发展为战略,增强社会服务职能。This paper analyzes the necessity of restructuring and development of private colleges,described the realization of the development path of transition： the changing concepts of education as a guide,establish the scientific concept of development education;to professional development as the key disciplines,the establishment of the professional and economic development system to adapt to;to improve the quality of teaching as the center,deepening the reform of personnel training mode;to focus on building teachers,teaching teams create high-quality and reasonable;to institutional innovation as the driving force to enhance the efficiency of management and education;to dislocation development strategies,enhance social Service functions.
