摘　　要：贾斌教授以"表里双解"作为治疗小儿胃肠型感冒的指导思想,临床应用疏风解表、消食导滞、理脾之法,取得了满意疗效,并附案例2则以资验证。Professor Jia Bin takes the theory of ＂dual solution to Biao and Li＂ as a guiding idea to treat children with gastrointestinal cold.With the application of wind-dispersing solution to Biao,digestion assistance,and the rationale for the spleen,satisfactory results are obtained.2 cases are provided for validation.
