中西医结合早期干预对极低出生体重儿发生脑损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过中西医结合早期干预极低出生体重(VLBW)儿,观察其发生脑损伤的情况,探索预防VLBW儿发生脑损伤的有效方法。方法:选择2007年1月至2009年12月在我院新生儿科就诊的VLBW儿86例作为研究对象,根据对脑损伤进行早期干预的方式不同,分为中西医结合干预治疗组和常规治疗组。常规治疗组患儿应用神经节苷脂营养神经治疗,中西医结合治疗组患儿在常规治疗组治疗的基础上,加用音乐疗法,并采用小儿捏脊、手指点穴进行治疗。结果:中西医结合干预治疗组脑损伤综合征发生率与脑白质损伤发生率均低于常规治疗组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合干预治疗组的新生儿行为神经评分明显高于常规治疗组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合干预防治VLBW儿脑损伤有良好的临床效果。Objective： By the early integrative medicine intervention on very low birth weight（VLBW） children,the paper aims to observe the impact of brain injury and explore an effective method for the prevention of brain injury on VLBW children.Methods： 86 cases of VLBW children,from January 2007 to December 2009 in our hospital,were taken as research subjects.According to the different ways of early intervention on brain injury,they were divided into integrative medicine treatment group and conventional treatment group.The conventional treatment group was given the conventional therapy with ganglioside neurotrophic treatment,while the integral medicine group,based on the conventional treatment,was additionally given music therapy and Chiropractic as well as finger acupuncture treatment.Results： The incidence of brain injury syndrome and white matter damage in the integrative treatment group were lower than that of the conventional therapy group;there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Neonatal behavioral scores of the integrated medicine intervention treatment group were significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group;there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The integrated medicine intervention treatment has a good clinical effect in combating brain damage in VLBW children.
