摘　　要：目的:观察柏倍湿疹散对婴儿湿疹的治疗效果。方法:选择湿疹患儿100例,随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例,对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组外用中药柏倍湿疹散治疗,10 d为1个疗程,比较2组疗效。结果:观察组及对照组总有效率分别为94%和92%,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);观察组痊愈36例(占72%),对照组痊愈32例(占64%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),表明柏倍湿疹散对婴儿湿疹有良好的治疗效果。结论:柏倍湿疹散是一种疗效显著、安全可靠、经济实用的中药外用治疗婴儿湿疹的散剂,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Bai Bei Eczema Powder to treat infant eczema.Methods： 100 cases of children with eczema were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in the observatin group and another 50 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group with Chinese medicine,external Bai Bei Eczema Powder.After a treatment course of 10 days,the efficacy was compared.Results： The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 94% and 92% respectively;the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.36 patients in the observation group were cured（72%） and 32 of the control group were cured（64%）;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.It reveals that Bai Bei Eczema Powder has a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion： Bai Bei Eczema Powder is a safe,reliable,economical and practical medicine with significant effect to treat baby eczema and worthy of clinical application.
