婴幼儿家长早期教育现状调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解婴幼儿家长早期教育现状并分析其影响因素。方法 2010年5—9月,采用自行设计的问卷对温州医学院育英儿童医院959例门诊婴幼儿家长进行调查,比较不同年龄组婴幼儿家长早期教育知识掌握的差异,并对影响其知晓率的相关因素作Logistic逐步回归分析。结果婴儿组家长育儿知识掌握情况较幼儿组差(X±S:47.40±8.65 vs 49.67±9.73),早期教育知识知晓率也低于幼儿组(R:448.59 vs 515.83);获取途径方面,幼儿组家长相对较少依靠亲戚朋友,较多依靠医护人员和网络;措施落实方面,幼儿组家长在游泳、聊天、亲子游戏3项上的落实度较高;影响婴幼儿家长早期教育知识知晓率的因素则主要包括与宝宝的关系(父亲或母亲)、家长文化程度、是否参加过孕妇学校以及是否阅读过早期教育书籍(OR:0.625,1.962,1.856,1.787)。结论婴幼儿家长的早期教育意识较淡薄,获知途径有限,相关知识欠缺。应大力加强对婴幼儿家长特别是婴儿家长的健康宣教,结合不同人群特点及各类影响因素,以易被接受的宣教方式指导其早期教育行为,促进婴幼儿的最优化发展。Objective To explore the status of early education for infant＇s parents,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 959 parents in the outpatient from May to September 2010.The cognition difference of early education was compared and its influencing factors was analyzed with Logistic stepwise regression analysis.Results Generally,babies＇ parents were with poor knowledge of child rearing compared with children＇s parents（47.40±8.65 vs 49.67±9.73）,and their early education knowledge was inadequate as well（R： 448.59 vs 515.83）.As to information acquisition,children＇s parents tended to resort to medical staff and Internet instead of their relatives and as to the ways used,they preferred swimming,chatting and child-parent games.The major influencing factors of early education were the relationship between infants and father（or mother）,educational background of parents,whether they attend the pregnant women school and whether they read mothering books（OR： 0.625,1.962,1.856,1.787）.Conclusion Infants＇ parents,especially babies＇ parents are with weak awareness of early education,limited way to acquire information and insufficient related knowledge.Various methods should be applied in the promotion of early education.
