围术期心理支持疗法减轻老年结核病手术患者焦虑效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期心理支持疗法(perioperative psychological support therapy,PPST)减轻老年结核病手术患者焦虑心理的效果。方法根据不同时间段选取对照组结核病手术患者93例,研究组91例,对照组按常规进行护理和健康教育,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施PPST。应用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)测评两组患者术前1 d、术后第7天和术后第1个月焦虑心理。结果两组患者术前1 d和术后第7天焦虑评分均高于国内常模(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑评分在术前1 d、术后第7天和术后第1个月比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组患者焦虑评分均高于研究组。结论老年结核病手术患者心理状况不容乐观,PPST可以有效减轻患者焦虑心理。Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative psychological support therapy （PPST） on reducing anxiety in elderly patients with tuberculosis. Methods Routine nursing and health education were provided in control group （n=93） while besides routine nursing, PPST was applied in experiment group （n=91）. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was used to evaluate the anxiety of patients in two groups 1 d before, 7 d and 1 month after the operation. Results The scores of anxiety of patients in two groups 1 d before and 7 d after the operation were higher than those gotten from domestic norm （P〈0.05） . And the comparison among scores of anxiety from patients in two groups 1 d before, 7 d and 1 month after the operation indicated statistic significance （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Meanwhile, patients in control group got higher scores of anxiety than those in experiment group. Conclusion Elderly patients with tuberculosis arc with great psychological sufferings and PPST benefits the improvement of patients＇ anxiety.
