摘 要:随着我国教育的发展,"弱势学生群体"这一名词涵盖了一定数量的,在教育资源占有、机会获得、能力素质等各个方面呈现出相对弱势并动态变化着的学生群体。近年来,弱势学生群体引起了高校决策者和教育者的日益关注。在解困体系初步形成之后,附加关注以其深层次、延展性的特点,着力于探究如何削减弱势对学生可能造成的长期不良影响。经过预判、建库、实施等环节的开展,使附加关注与常规关注形成互补,增添育人软实力的整体提升。With the development of China's education, the " disadvantaged students group" covers a certain number of dynamically changing group of students,who show a relative weak in the possession of educational resources,access to opportunity, capacity and other aspects of the quality. In recent years, groups of disadvantaged students have received more attention from the university decision-makers and educators. Based on the establishment of relief system for the disadvantaged students group, this paper considers more profound and extensive research direction--additional attention and focuses on exploring how to reduce the possible long-term adverse effects, caused by disadvantage,on students. Through pre--judgment, database creation, implementation and other aspects,additional attention and conventional attention become complementary to each other further, thus enhancing the disadvantaged students' soft power and improve the whole effect of supporting.
