高校教学规范下促进教师个性化教学的对策研究

摘　　要：通过对教师个性化教学的概念的界定及其特征的推敲,根据当今高校教师个性化教学的相关现状的调查与分析,发现在高校教学规范下教师个性化教学的对策,进一步促进高校个性化教学的发展。Through the definition of concept of teacher＇s unique teaching and discussing it＇s characters,based on the current investigation and analysis of college teacher＇s unique teaching,it founds the solution of encouraging teacher＇s unique teaching under college basic teaching request and better developing college unique teaching.
