摘　　要：随着当代社会信息化的发展,桥梁养护管理系统的构建和完善是国内外桥梁养护管理的必然趋势。本文指出在信息系统与组织管理水平密切相关的今天,系统的绩效评估是桥梁养护管理的重要组成部分。并根据信息系统绩效的特点探讨了信息系统绩效动态评估的含义和建立指标体系的一般步骤,最后建立了基于用户满意的系统绩效评估指标体系。With the development of modern information society,the construction of bridge maintenance management system and improve the conservation and management at home and abroad the inevitable trend of the bridge.This article pointed out that the level of organization and management information systems and is closely related to today,the system performance assessment is the bridge an important part of conservation management;then the performance characteristics of information systems based on the information system of the dynamic performance evaluation index system of meaning and the establishment of the general steps finally,a system based on customer satisfaction performance evaluation index system was established.
