摘　　要：在20世纪60年代的农业调整中,党和国家提出和实施了对农业的财政倾斜政策,加大了对农业的投资比重,增加了对农业的贷款,发放了大量的农村灾区救济款。对农业实行财政倾斜政策,是财政支农的主要方式,对于帮助农民解决生活、生产困难,促进农业的恢复和发展,发挥了重要作用。During the agricultural adjustment in 1960s,our country proposed and implemented preferential fiscal policies for agriculture：increasing the proportion of investment in agriculture,adding the loan for agriculture and providing a large number of relief fund to the rural disaster areas.These preferential policies played an important role in helping farmers solve difficulties in living and production and promoting the recovery and development of agriculture.
