摘　　要：为减少皮带机流程空载,为秦港煤五期中控400多条流程设计和实现空载实时自行监测系统,介绍了原先设备技术状况,技术革新的内容,工艺路线图和创新点及技术关键。首次实现了在服务器上监测流程空载,在网络任意客户端的可选择的实时空载语音提示,提高了及时发现和处理流程空载能力。In order to reduce no - load process of the conveyor, the automatic monitoring system of no - load and real - time for more than 400 process of central control department of the Qinhuangdao Port （Coal Phase 5 ） has been designed and realized. This paper introduces the technical status of original equipment, the contents of technical reform. Also it introduces the process of technology, innovative points and technical key points. This reform realizes for the first time no - load process monitoring on the service unit and real - time voice prompting at any client end of the network, which raises the ability of discovering and dealing with the empty process in time.
