摘 要:为了保证军械保障信息化建设评价结果具有较好的客观性,提高军械保障信息化决策水平,提出了基于主成分分析法的军械保障信息化评估方法;在对主成分分析法基本思想及算法研究的基础上,建立了基于主成分分析法的军械保障信息化评估指标体系,结合主成分分析法的特点对其进行了修正,从根本上保证了最终评价结果主观和客观的统一。通过实例分析,验证了主成分分析法用于解决军械保障信息化建设评估的可行性。In order to guarantee better objectivity of evaluation results of ordnance support information-based construction and improve ordnance support information-based decision-making level,an evaluation method based on main ingredient analysis method was presented.On the basis of basic thought and arithmetic research of main ingredient analysis method,the index system of ordnance support information-based evaluation based on main ingredient analysis method was built.Combined with the characteristics of main ingredient analysis method,it was modified to ensure unification of subjectivity and objectivity of evaluation result.The feasibility of main ingredient analysis method used to settle ordnance support information-based evaluation was validated through instance analysis.
