摘  要:探索一种具有可控性和可携带药物的功能粒子的制备方法.采用微乳法以藻酸-钙水凝胶作载体,制备磁性粒子和羟基磷灰石的纳米级复合微粒子.包埋载体水凝胶在反相胶束中快速胶联,铁磁性纳米粒子直接被包埋在藻酸水凝胶的胶联骨架内,羟基磷灰石纳米粒子以水凝胶为模板共沉生成并镶嵌在水凝胶骨架中.在反相胶束微水池中的快速凝胶化有效地制约了复合粒子的大小,制备得到的复合微粒子平均粒径分布为100 nm.A method for preparing a sort of functional composite particles with controllability and carrying behavior was explored.Composite submicron particles of hydroxyapatite and magnetite were prepared by microemulsion method using algnic acid gel cross-linked by calcium ions.The alginate-calcium gel was employed as binder which cross-linked in the reverse micelle induced by SPAN80(sorbitan monooleate) in hexane.The magnetite nanoparticles were entrapped into the crosslinked network of alginate-calcium gel,the hydroxyapatite particles co-precipitate and embed inside the network.The average particle size of the composite particles is 100nm,which mainly due to the rapid gelation in the reverse micelles.
