＂和平方舟＂866医院船成功救治两名危重患者情况分析

摘　　要：2009年10月20日～11月29日,866医院船在执行海岛巡诊任务过程中,在不同海域、不同情况下共遇到两次紧急救治情况.舰船部门和海上医院紧急处置,团结协作,两次紧急救治均获得成功,患者转危为安.救治的成功反映了866医院船在人员素质、医疗设备、医疗流程和救治能力等方面均具有较高水平.同时,在执行任务的过程中,也发现了在今后工作中需要加强的方面以及需要关注和解决的问题,包括复杂海况下的换乘、处置患传染性疾病患者的流程以及医患交流的语言（方言）障碍等.From Oct. 20th to Nov. 29th 2009, during the island medical treatment mission, there were two critial patients in different water areas at the 866 hospital ship. Departments of the hospital ship and warships successfully treated two patients in cooperation, the success of the treatment showed the high level of the personnel quality, medical equipment, procedures and treatment on the 886 hospital ship. At the same time, some problems was also founded such as the safety of transfer in complicated sea conditions, procedures of disposal of infectious patients and language problems, etc.
