摘　　要：加强国防知识产权管理是贯彻落实国家知识产权战略的重要举措。文章从国防知识产权的内涵、特点入手，分析了国防知识产权现状与存在问题，提出加强国防知识产权管理的措施建议。Strengthening intellectual property management in national defense is an important move to implement the national intellectual property strategy. The paper expatiates on the significations and characteristics of intellectual property in national defense, analyzes the actuality and problems of intellectual property in national defense and makes suggestions for improving intellectual property management in national defense.
