摘　　要：本文从首页信息分类与使用需求进行分析，总结提供主动信息服务的必要条件和注意事项。首先．病案管理人员应转变服务观念．树立主动的信息服务意识；其次，病案管理人员应具备扎实的业务水平，熟练掌握病案管理软件的使用．掌握疾病手术分类技能与首页各项内容的含义与用途；最后，我们应主动与用户进行沟通，运用专业的知识与经验帮助他们完善需求与检索条件，从而提高检全率与检准率。From analyzing the demands of the utilization, we summarize the methods to afford active service of medical records. First, we should transform our mind. Then, we should grasp the medical records information management technology. Finally, we should help the users perfect their demands to raise the accurance of retrievement.
