阿托伐他汀预防阵发性房颤复发的研究

摘　　要：目的旨在观察阿托伐他汀对阵发性心房颤动复发的影响．探讨他汀类药物抗心律失常作用的机制。方法选择120例阵发性房颤患者，随机分为应用胺碘酮（对照组）及胺碘酮加阿托伐他汀（治疗组）治疗，疗程1年。结果治疗前后两组阵发性房颤复发率均显著下降（P〈0．oa）；治疗组与对照组相比较下降的更明显（P〈0．01），两组相比较差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗前后两组左房内径均显著下降（P〈0．01）且治疗组与对照组相比较下降的更明显（P〈0．01），两组相比较差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀具有独立于调脂之外的预防阵发性房颤复发作用，阿托伐他汀抗心律失常作用与其抗心房重构有关。Objective To study the efficacy of atorvastatin for paroxysmal auricular fibrillation,and its effects on LAD.Methods 70 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were selected randomly,which were divided into control group（35 cases）and atorvastatin group（35 Cases）.And the two groups take medicine for 1 year.Compared with the efficacy,and LAD before and after the treatment betweeu2groups.Results After the treatment of the two groups,the efficient of control group was80.0% ,and atorvastatin group was85.71%（P〈0.05）, Compard between 2 groups after treatment, LAD of the the atorvastatin group was significantly smaller than control group （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion The treatment with atorvastatin could prevent recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation through inhibiting the remodeling of left atrial.
