摘　　要：通过对新疆10所体育院系进行问卷调查,揭示了目前新疆体育院系排球专修生裁判能力培养的现状,提出影响新疆体育院系排球专修生能力培养存在的主要问题,为以后加强学生裁判能力的教学、评价及培养提供理论依据。Through making questionnaire investigation on 10 physical education departments and schools in Xinjiang, This paper points out the cultivation condition of judgment ability of students majoring in Volleyball, puts forward the main problems influencing their cultivation and provides the theoretical basis for student cultivation on judgment ability and evaluation.
