摘　　要：目前,医院为激发临床医务人员继续教育的积极性,在职称晋升过程中要求医生修完规定的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类学分.为规范管理各科室继续教育内容的登记、查询、修改及审核,现结合我院实际情况,在HIS系统框架内提出基干Delphi技术的学分管理系统设计.经接入HIS服务器,系统运行良好,大大方便了科教科和各级临床科室的学分管理,提高了工作效率.Now, hospital, which wants to stimulate the doctors＂ enthusiasm in continuing education, requires the doctors to complete the credits of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ that are provided in the process of professional tides promotion. In order to manage the continuing education＇s registration, query, modification and check, the design of credits management based on Delphi, combined with our hospital practice, is advanced with the framework of HIS. Loaded into HIS server, the system runs well, which facilitates greatly the credits management of the department of scientific education and the clinical departments and improves in work efficiently .
