摘  要:以西藏灵菇发酵奶为研究对象,以小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、溶血空斑实验和迟发性致敏反应实验为检测对象,初步研究其免疫调节作用。结果表明:西藏灵菇发酵奶实验组的巨噬细胞吞噬率有所增加,低剂量组吞噬率增加83.78%,中剂量组增加87.39%,高剂量组增加102.7%。实验组小鼠的溶血空斑数也明显增加,低剂量组增加22.52%,中剂量组增加49.18%,高剂量组增加55.53%。迟发型变态反应中实验组的足跖增厚明显,低剂量组的足跖厚度增加了19%,中剂量组增加了29%,高剂量组增加了47%。均呈现有量效关系。说明西藏灵菇发酵奶具有增强动物免疫功能的作用。The experiment used the Tibetan kefir fermentation milk as object,the abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytosing rate,plaque forming cell(PFC) and delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH) of mice as models,study the actions of the Tibetan kefir fermentation milk to immune system.The results show that: macrophage phagocytosis rate of experimental groups were higher 83.78%~102% than the matched groups,the number of PFC creased 22.52%~ 55.53%,and the DTH raised 19%~47%.And there were dose-effect relation in the Tibetan kefir fermentation milk.The results proved that the Tibetan kefir fermentation milk show immunoenhancement to immune system,and take health care to animals.
