摘 要:利用β射线、X射线和CT技术,对低密度聚丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(TPX)泡沫柱进行了密度分布表征。研究结果表明,TMPTA泡沫柱沿轴向的密度分布比较均匀,而沿径向则密度内低外高,形成了明显的密度梯度。TPX泡沫沿径向由内向外密度升高,存在显著的密度梯度。实验表明,射线检测技术测量靶用低密度泡沫的方法可基本满足目前的实验要求,但密度分辨率和空间分辨率还有待进一步提高。Three characterization methods for foams density uniformity were discussed in detail,which include computerized tomography(CT),β-ray detecting technology and X-ray radiography.The foams density distribution were characterized by the three methods,and the results showed that TPX foams and TMPTA foams were non-uniform.The advantages and shortcomings of the three methods were evaluated upon the measured data.For TMPTA foams in large dimension,β-ray detecting technology with low resolution was able to detect their density distribution.However for TPX foams as large as several hundred micron,X-ray radiography was the best method to obtain information about density distribution.These investigations built foundation for the subsequential analysis of the forming mechanism and controlling of foams density uniformity.
