摘  要:采用大分子RAFT试剂技术,通过可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)溶液聚合法制备了丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的两亲性嵌段共聚物[P(AA-b-TFEMA)]。跟踪研究了聚合转化率与时间的关系及聚合反应动力学。通过红外光谱、核磁和DSC表征了嵌段聚合物的分子结构和Tg。探讨了在不同条件下P(AA-b-TFEMA)在溶液中的自组装行为。采用透射电镜观察P(AA-b-TFEMA)自组装形成的胶束的形貌,并用动态光散射法测试了透析前后的胶束粒径及粒径分布的变化。Amphiphilic block copolymer [P(AA-b-TFEMA)] was synthesized via RAFT solution polymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and trifluoroethyl methacrylate(TFEMA) by using macro-RAFT agent.The conversion and kinetics of polymerization were studied.The chemical structure and Tg of the block copolymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The self-assembly behavior of the block copolymer [P(AA-b-TFEMA)] in selective solvents was studied under different self-assembly conditions.The morphology of P(AA-b-TFEMA) micelles were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The size and size distribution of micelles were characterized by dynamic laser scattering(DLS).
