摘  要:采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)接枝马来酸酐(MAH)或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)作为增容剂,熔融挤出制备HDPE/乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)共混物。通过扫描电镜观察、气体渗透试验以及力学性能试验,分析增容剂对共混物相容性的影响,并研究共混物的力学性能和阻隔性。结果表明:增容剂能显著提高共混物的相容性。与HDPE相比,使用一定量的增容剂,共混物冲击强度可提高61%,而此时拉伸强度只下降15%,熔体流动速率下降7%,阻隔性也有显著改善,对氧气的阻隔性提高近30倍,对二甲苯吸收值降低72%。Used HDPE grafted maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate as compatibilizer,and used the method of melt extrusion to produce PE/EVOH blends.Analyzed the impact of compatibilizer on the compatibility of the blends,and researched the mechanical and barrier properties of the blends,by scanning electron microscope,gas permeability test and mechanical properties test.The results showed that compatibilizer could obviously improve the compatibility of blends.Compared with the HDPE,used a certain amount of compatibilizer,the impact strength of blends can increase 61 percent,at the same time,tensile strength only 15 percent declined,the melt flow rate fell about 7 percent.The barrier properties were improved significantly also,barrier property of Oxygen increased nearly 30 times,absorption of p-xylene reduced by 72 percent.
