摘 要:制备出质量分数为22%的剪切增稠液体(STF)并对其稳态和动态流变性能进行研究,发现体系具有明显的剪切增稠现象,用"粒子簇"生成机理能较好地解释这种现象。用STF处理不同经纬密的芳纶,制备出STF-复合织物,并对其和纯芳纶织物进行准静态防刺试验。结果表明,剪切增稠液体的使用能够有效地增强芳纶织物的防刺性能,但经纬密小的提高的更多,在相同的面密度下,顶破强力分别提高了7.66%和170.84%。Shear thickening fluid(STF) with 22% mass fraction of nano-silica was prepared and its rheological behaviors were studied under steady and oscillation shear.It was observed that the system showed obvious shear-thickening phenomenon.Through "clustering" theory,the behavior can be explained.By impregnating STF into the aramid fiber with different yarn counter,we prepared STF-composite fabrics.Then STF-composite fabrics and neat fabrics were both done quasi-static stab-resistant tests.By contrast,showing that the use of STF can improve the performance of the aramid fabric stab-resistant.However,the lower yarn counter aramid fabric was enhanced more than the higher one and the penetration strength were respectively enhanced by 7.66% and 170.84% with the same areal density.
