摘　　要：选用氯丁橡胶(CR)作为铁道轨枕垫的胶料,通过单因素实验考查不同牌号的氯丁橡胶、填充剂、防老剂和硫化体系,研究了作为铁道轨枕垫的氯丁橡胶胶料的力学性能、老化性能及尺寸稳定。研究结果表明:选用调节剂丁(二硫化二异丙基黄原酸酯)调节型氯丁橡胶,防老剂RD和防老剂MB并用,多种填充剂并用,采用MgO/ZnO金属氧化物硫化体系,研制出的铁道轨枕垫的综合力学性能最佳,满足了产品的技术要求。Chloroprene rubber（CR） was used as the raw rubber of railway sleeper.The mechanical properties,aging properties and dimensional stability of CR were studied by single factor experiments,in which we investigated different grades of chloroprene rubber,fillers,antioxidants and curing system.The results showed that the railway sleeper had best mechanical properties with the following formula： regulator D（disulfide diisopropyl xanthate） regulatory-type rubber,mixed antioxidant RD and MB and a variety of fillers with MgO / ZnO metal oxide vulcanization system.The relevant test results met the technical requirements of the product.
