摘 要:本文主要介绍了通道式微型分级机的理论模型,传统的转子被几个简单的通道取代,形成了多通道组成的"转笼"。微型分级机的设计是基于涡流空气分级机的分级机理来实现的,通过理论分析,计算出了通道的结构参数,根据产量确定通道的个数,而通道的长度则主要从分级精度方面来考虑。根据切割粒径公式分析了各参数对分级粒径的影响。在其它条件不变的情况下,转速、通道截面积增大以及颗粒密度变大都会导致分级粒径变小,而风量变大则会导致分级粒径变大。除此之外,压降、曳力系数和形状系数对分级粒径也会有影响。This article mainly introduce the theory model of the channel mini-classifier. The traditional rotor is replaced by several simple channels which form "the rotor". The design of the mini-classifier is on the basis of the mechanism of the turbine classifier. Based on the theory analysis, the structure parameter of the channel is calculated and the quantity of the channel is confirmed by the output. The length of the channel is mainly considered by the precision of the classifier. The effects of cut-size formula on cut size is analyzed. In the case of the other conditions remain unchanged, increasing the speed, channel cross-sectional area and particle density leads to smaller cut size. But increasing wind will result in larger cut size. Besides, pressure drop, drag coefficient and shape factor will also affect the cut size.
