摘 要:目的观察滑槽钉生长棒内固定系统置入对脊柱形态发育的影响。方法将15头3个月龄幼猪随机分为3组,A组(5头)为空白对照组,自T6~T15后路切开,显露椎板;B组(5头)为对照组,置入锁定椎弓根钉棒系统;C组(5头)为实验组,置入滑槽钉生长棒内固定系统。实验的目标设计为瞒、7,T8、9椎体的平均高度,T7/8、T8/9、T9/10椎间盘的平均高度,C组钛棒上下两端滑动的平均距离,应用X线测量并观察脊柱形态学指标的变化。结果术后3个月,C组T6、7,T8、9椎体的平均高度,T7/8、T8/9、T9/10椎间盘的平均高度与A组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而与B组比较显著性增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),C组钛棒上下两端滑动平均距离44mm。结论滑槽钉生长棒内固定系统对幼猪脊柱的生长发育无明确影响。Objective To investigate the influence of the instrumentation growing rods of sliding pedicle screw system insertion on the growth of the spine in an animal model. Methods A total of 15 pigs (about 3-month age) were randomly assigned into 3 groups: group A, blank control group only exposing posterior lamellar; group B (control group) , inserting the traditional pedicle screw system; group C (test group) , inserting the instrumentation growing rods of sliding pedicle screw system. The average heights of T6, 7, 8, 9, and T7/8, T8/9, T0/10 discs, and the distance of both up- and down-ends of titanium rod sliding in group C were measured. X ray was used to examined the morphology of the spine. Results Three months after operation, the average heights of T6, 7, 8, 9, and T7/8, T8/9, T9/10 discs in group C had no remarkble difference from those in group A ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but significantly larger than in group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Growth occurred in both up- and down-ends of the titanium rods for a total average of 44 mm. Conclusion The instrumentation growing rods of sliding pedicle screw system placement has no evident influence on the progression of the immature porcine spine.
