摘  要:高频电磁阻垢技术作为一种环保的循环冷却水阻垢方法受到了广泛的研究,其阻垢机理是高频电磁场能改变水垢的主要成分——碳酸钙的晶体形成速度和晶体大小,从而达到阻垢效果。根据高频电磁阻垢技术的要求,设计了较大功率高频电磁阻垢系统,其输出频率为10-1×103 kHz连续可调,输出功率可达200 W。设计了1套微型循环水装置,并进行实验研究。经扫描电镜观察,经电磁处理后碳酸钙晶体的形状和大小有明显变化,表明高频电磁处理产生了明显的阻垢效果。The high-frequency electromagnetic scale inhibiting technology has been widely studied as a nonpolluting scale inhibiting method for circulating cooling water systems.The scale inhibition mechanism is that the high-frequency electromagnetic field can change the main constituents-the speed of crystallization and the crystal size of calcium carbonate,so as to obtain the scale inhibiting effects.According to the requirements of the high-frequency electromagnetic scale inhibiting technology,a high-power and high-frequency electromagnetic scale inhibition system has been designed.Its output frequency ranges from 10 kHz to 1 MHz,continuously adjustable,and output power can reach 200 W.In addition,a mini circulating water equipment has been designed and studied through experiments.Being observed under scanning electron microscope(SEM),it is found that the shape and size of carbonate crystals have changed obviously,indicating that the high-frequency electromagnetic treatment has obtained remarkable scale inhibiting effect.
