摘  要:分别研究了硫酸亚铁沉淀—次氯酸钙氧化分解两步法静态和连续动态处理高炉煤气洗涤高浓度含氰废水的工艺。通过单因素法确定了静态处理的最佳工艺条件。在此条件下,废水先经硫酸亚铁沉淀处理,再采用次氯酸钙氧化深度处理,两步法静态处理总氰的综合去除率为99.81%。将静态实验确定的工艺条件应用于连续动态实验过程,处理后的废水中总氰化物质量浓度<0.5 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中一级排放标准要求。It is studied respectively that blast furnace gas washing wastewater has been treated with ferrous sulfate and calcium hypochlorite by the two-step static and continuous dynamic process to decompose ferrous sulfate precipitation and calcium hypochlorite oxidation.The optimum condition for static treatment is determined by single factor process.Under this condition,the cyanide-containing wastewater is firstly treated by ferrous sulfate precipitation process.Then,calcium hypochlorite oxidation process is used for advanced treatment.The total cyanide removal rate by two-step static treatment is 99.81%.The processing condition of static experiment is applied to the continuous dynamic experiment process.The total cyanide mass concentration in the treated wastewater is 0.5 mg/L,meeting the requirements of the national first grade standard of wastewater discharge(GB 8978—1996).
