摘  要:酸化和水洗过程中产生的油脂废水有机物浓度高、含油量高、硫酸根含量高、成分复杂、pH不稳定、色度高,必须经过处理才可以排放。采用气浮—反相破乳—IC塔工艺处理高浓度油脂废水,处理效果好、成本低、工艺运行安全性高。处理后出水能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准,可直接排入城市污水管网。The oil wastewater,especially the wastewater from acidification and washing,is characterized by high organic substances,high oil content,high sulfate content,complicated components,instable pH,high chroma,etc.It must be treated before being discharged.Treating the highly concentrated oil wastewater treated by air floatationinverse demulsification-IC tower process has the following advantages,such as good treatment effect,low cost and high technological operation security,etc.The water quality after treatment meets the third class of requirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996),being able to be discharged into the municipal wastewater pipelines directly.
