摘　　要：近年来,开源GIS软件迅速发展,越来越多的科研机构、企业和组织进行了开源GIS软件的开发与应用研究。文中介绍了开源GIS的框架架构,OGC制定的开源GIS规范及MapWinGIS控件的功能特点。将其与PostgreSQL数据库和PostGIS空间数据库扩展模块结合共同搭建了开源GIS平台,并实现了交通数据可视化,交通规划分析等相关功能。Open GIS software has experienced rapid development recently.More and more institutes,companies and organizations take part in the research and development of open GIS software.The framework of open GIS is firstly analyzed in this paper.Then,the open GIS specification is introduced.Based on MapWinGIS Active Control,PostgreSQL database and PostGIS spatial data extended module,a new open GIS platform is designed.The transportation planning software is established based on VC＋＋6.0.To meet the requirement of traffic data and functions,this platform can be used to display transit corridor,label bilaterally,show and edit turn delays for and analysis of traffic networks.
