摘　　要："十一五"时期是我国公共图书馆发展的重要时期,业界和学界围绕公共图书馆服务的理论和实践展开诸多讨论。本文从四个方面回顾"十一五"时期公共图书馆的发展成果:(1)服务理念的研究和践行;(2)服务体系的建立和创新;(3)新技术在图书馆服务中的应用;(4)公共图书馆法规、标准的制定和实施。The Eleventh Five-year Plan period was an important period for the development of public libraries in China, during which various theoretical and practical issues regarding public library service had been debated. The author reviewed in this paper the achievements of public libraries during that period from the following four aspects： 1） research and practice of service concepts; 2） construction and innovation of the service system; 3） application of new technology in library service; 4） establishment and implementation of laws and regulations and standards for public libraries.
