摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段,研究了不同处理状态下B93高强铝合金的显微组织和成分分布,并分析探讨了其显微组织的演变过程。结果表明,B93合金铸态组织中,主要元素Zn、Mg和Cu在晶界上存在不同程度的富集,形成骨骼状η(MgZn2)相和T(AlZnMgCu)相以及块状Al6(CuFe)相。热处理后,骨骼状相容易发生溶解,块状Al6(CuFe)相回溶较困难,Cu元素的偏析很难完全消除。合金棒材经过挤压后,T相(AlZnMgCu)和Al6(CuFe)相发生大幅度破碎,呈小尺寸碎粒子沿挤压方向分布,铸锭芯部出现S(Al2CuMg)相。The constituents in B93 aluminum alloy and their morphology,distribution pattern and their evolution process in the subsequent process were investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),energy spectrum microanalysis(EDX)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It is observed that major elements like Zn,Mg and Cu in the B93 alloy as-cast perform various concentration in the grain boundary,which contributes to bone-shaped phase(η(MgZn2)phase and T phase(AlZnMgCu) and bulk Al6(CuFe).EDX analysis indicated that bone-shaped phase could be dissolved into the alloy partially,while solution of bulk Al6(CuFe) phase appears more difficult,which is due to the firm segregation of the element Cu.Both T phase(AlZnMgCu) and Al6(CuFe) phase are crushed obviously into pieces and distributed along the extrusion direction.S(Al2CuMg) appears in the centre of the alloy ingot.
