摘 要:对碳酸盐脉石胶磷矿浮选捕收剂深度氧化脂肪酸MG-2的浮选性能与作用机理和NaOL进行了对比。纯矿物试验表明,MG-2的耐低温性更好,捕收力更强。实际矿物浮选中,MG-2表现出良好的选择性。单一正浮选闭路试验指标为:精矿的P2O5含量29.36%,尾矿P2O5含量为4.70%,P2O5总回收率达到了88.49%,取得了较好指标。通过吸附量测试、CMC值测试和红外光谱测试,研究了温度和药剂浓度对MG-2在矿物表面吸附的影响。结果表明,MG-2在胶磷矿表面主要为牢固的化学吸附。This paper mainly has reseached the performance and mechanism of collectors for collophane between MG-2 and NaOL.The results of the pure mineral flotation test have showed that the collecting ability of MG-2 was more effective than that of NaOL,especially in low temperature.In the ore flotation,MG-2 has displayed good selectivity.And good indices were achieved in the positive flotation closed circuit test: the grade of concentrate was 29.36% so tailing was 4.70%,the gross recovery was 88.49%,the all data based on P2O5.Through adsorption capacities test、CMC test and Infrared Spectroscopy,we have discussed effects of temperature and concentration of MG-2 on adsorption of MG-2 on the collophanite surface,and found that the adsorption of MG-2 on the surface of collophane was dominating chemisorption.
