摘 要:以城市污水处理厂产生的生物污泥与化学污泥为原材料,并将两种污泥分别按质量比为1∶3浸渍于18.0 mol/L的浓硫酸中,在550℃下活化1 h,可以制备出具有发达孔容的吸附剂。采用制备的吸附剂处理城市污水并进行比较研究,结果发现,化学污泥基吸附剂在投加量为1.5 g/L时对浊度、NH 4+-N、TP、UV254和COD的去除率分别为97.7%、8.89%、74.6%、67.1%和77.9%,均优于生物污泥基吸附剂对城市污水的处理效果。此外,由于富含Fe、Al金属氧化物,化学污泥基吸附剂对浊度、总磷、COD的去除率也均高于商品活性炭的。Using the biological sludge and chemical sludge produced from WWTP as raw materials, the adsorbents with developed mesoporosity can be prepared by impregnating the two kinds of sludge in the mass ratio of 1 : 3 with H2SO4 of 18.0 mol/L and activating at 550 ℃ for 1 h. The prepared adsorbents were used to treat municipal sewage and a comparative test was carried out. The results indicate that the removal rates of turbidity, NH4+ - N, TP, UV254 and COD by the chemical sludge-based adsorbent at the dosage of 1.5 g/L are 97.7% , 8.89% , 74.6% , 67.1% and 77.9% respectively, being better than those by the biological sludge-based adsorbent. On account of abundant metal oxide of Fe and Al, the removal efficiencies of turbidity, TP and COD by chemical sludge-based adsorbent are even higher than those by the commercial activated carbon.
