摘  要:CTB好氧生物干化工艺所配置的密闭集气罩在提高污染气体收集效率的同时,也会对污泥生物干化的脱水效率产生影响。研究结果表明,当鼓风量为4 680 m3/h、引风量为1 000m3/h时,加设密闭集气罩可提高生物干化的脱水效率;在此基础上增大鼓风量或减小引风量均会增加堆体上方空气湿度,不利于污泥的生物干化;从高温期第5天起,即使所设引风量较低,罩内壁也不产生冷凝水,因此蒸发的水分不会返回堆体而降低干化效率。Equipping hermetic gas cover in the control technology for bio-drying (CTB) can improve the collection efficiency of waste gas as well as affect the dewatering efficiency in sewage sludge biodrying. The experimental results show that when the blast volume is 4 680 m3/h and the induced draft volume is 1 000 m3/h, equipping hermetic gas cover can improve the dewatering efficiency in bio-drying. On that basis, either increasing blast volume or decreasing induced draft volume would increase the air humidity above the pile, weakening the bio-drying efficiency. From the 5th day of megathermal period, the condensate does not occur inside the cover wall even in a low induced draft volume, avoiding the decrease of bio-drying efficiency resulted from evaporated water returning to bulk.
