摘 要:目的:了解瓜蒌薤白汤对肺纤维化形成阶段干预作用。方法:普通级大鼠分为正常组、模型组、泼尼松组、瓜蒌薤白汤组。除正常组外均用气管内注入平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型,造模后14d用药,28d处死后测下丘脑及海马DA、NE、5-HT。结果:模型组下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT与海马5-HT高于正常组(P<0.05);瓜蒌薤白汤组下丘脑与海马NE、DA低于模型组与泼尼松组,5-HT低于模型组而高于泼尼松组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白汤能抑制模型下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT及海马5-HT的升高,并能降低海马NE、DA含量。Objective: To observe the change of DA, NE and 5-HT of hypothalamus And hippoeampus in lung at pulmonary fibrosis formation stage of rats and the effect of Gualou-xiebai Decoction to DA, NE and 5-HT of hypothalamus and hippocampus and understand the intervention mechanism of action of Gualou-xiebai Decoction to pulmonary fibrosis formation stage. Methods: The common female wistar rats were divided into control, model, prednisone and Gualou-xiebai Decoction groups randomly. The model was induced by injected pingyangmycin in tradhea only once except control. The drugs were used after lg days in treatments. The executed was after 28 days. It was compared contents of DA, NE and 5- HT in hypothalamus and hippocampus. Results: The contents ofNE, DA and 5-HT was high in hypothalamus in model than control( P 〈 0.05 )and the contents of 5-HT was high in hippocampus in model than control( P 〈 0.05 ). The contents of NE and DA was lower in hypothalamus and hippocampus in Gualou-xiebai Decoction than model and prednisone group but 5-HT was lower in Gualou-xiebai Decoction than model and high than prednisone( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The contents of NE, DA and 5-HT were high in hypothalamus and 5-HT was high in hippocampus in pulmonary fibrosis formation stage. Gualou-xiebai Decoction had the function to restrain contents of NE, DA and 5-HT of hypothalamus and 5-HT of hippocampus and lower the contents of NE and DA in hippocampus.
