摘　　要：后金融危机时代,国际贸易格局重新洗牌,乘着"新医改"的良机,我国医药产业发展如日东升,市场盈利、新品营销和区域创新居全国第一,国际竞争力不断增强。但同时资金缺口大,优势品种少,技术含量低。"十二五"期间我国医药市场的发展趋势为:中成药市场竞争将加剧,处方药生命周期将缩短,批发企业将更集中,委托生产很可能成为新的潮流。在全面竞争的微利时代,我国医药流通企业需要重新定位并确定新的发展战略。In the post financial crisis era,the pattern of international trade reshuffles.＂The workshop of the world＂has boosted supply and China’s recourses have been reorganized.By virtue of the opportunity of ＂new healthcare reform＂,the development scale of China’s medical and pharmaceutical industry grow rapidly,market revenue,new products marketing and regional innovation take lead in China and six major factors elevate demand.Merge and acquisition quickens,situations for RD are favorable,talents accumulate in this industry,multiple achievements are made and the international influence intensifies.However,there is a large capital shortfall and small number of dominant varieties and low technical content.The development trends of China’s medical and pharmaceutical market during the ＂twelfth five-year plan＂ period are as follows： market competition in Chinese patent medicines will grow,lifecycle of prescribed medicine will shorten,the third terminal will be more active,wholesale enterprises will be more clustered and commissioned production may become a new trend.In this era of comprehensive competition with small profit margin,China’s medicine circulation enterprises should relocate and ascertain new developmentstrategies.
