摘  要:提出一种基于三角网格曲面的环切粗加工刀轨生成算法,该算法采用R*-tree建立三角网格曲面的动态空间索引结构,基于该结构快速建立三角网格模型的Z向包络面,采用R*-tree建立Z向包络面的索引结构,对切削平面与Z向包络面求交获取截面轮廓环,判断截面轮廓环的环向,并依据轮廓环间的拓扑关系确定切削区域,通过对轮廓环进行等距偏置获取环切粗加工刀轨.实例证明:该算法对各类复杂三角网格曲面均可准确生成无干涉环切粗加工刀轨,并可实现模型的区域性加工.An generation algorithm of contour-parallel rough tool-path based on triangular mesh surface was proposed. Firstly, the index structure of triangular mesh surface was established with Rtree, and Z-direction envelope surface was calculated. Secondly, the index structure of envelope surface was built, and contour loops of tool-path were obtained by intersection of envelope surface and the cutting plane. Thirdly, the direction of contour loops was adjusted and the topological relationship of contour loops was established. Finally, tool-path was obtained by equidistant offsetting of the contour loops, which is proved that it has strong adaptability of data type, and can realize regional manufacturing.
