摘 要:研究了活性污泥利用淀粉酸化废水合成聚-β-羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)及其表征。结果表明,淀粉废水酸化产物为丁酸、乙酸、丙酸、乙醇、戊酸。以此酸化产物为碳源经活性污泥合成PHA,合成结束后活性污泥中PHA含量为34.7%。活性污泥中PHA采用氯仿提取,并用核磁共振(NMR)、热失重(TG)、差热(DSC)方法对其结构和热性质进行表征。核磁共振图谱结果分析,此PHA样品含有HB和3HV,3HV的含量占8.9%(摩尔分数)。热分析结果表明,此PHA的熔点为150℃,分解温度在270℃。The synthesis and characterization of poly-β-hydroxyalkanoates(PHA)by activated sludge from acidified starchy wastewater were studied.The results showed that the acidification products of starchy were butyric,acetic,propionic,valeric acids and ethanol.These organic acids were used to feed activated sludge to produce PHA and 34.7% of PHA from sludge was obtained.The PHA in the sludge was extracted by CHCl3 and its structure and thermal properties were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),themogravimetric(TG)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results of NMR showed that PHA was composed of HB and HV and PHA had HV content of 8.9%(mole ratio).The results of thermal analysis showed that melting point was 150 ℃ and thermal degradation temperature was 270 ℃.
