雌二醇对小鼠小脑颗粒细胞轴突生长、体外增殖和迁移的影响

摘　　要：雌激素在小脑的发育过程中发挥着重要的生物学作用.就雌二醇对体外培养7日龄小鼠小脑颗粒细胞的增殖、迁移和轴突生长的影响进行了研究.结果表明:雌二醇可将小脑颗粒细胞的增殖和迁移活性提高一倍以上,雌二醇存在的条件下轴突在48 h内的长度较对照组长0.5倍左右(P<0.001),这对揭示脑部的雌激素对正常小脑发育过程中的作用具有重要意义.Estrogen plays important roles in cerebellar development.Effects of β-estradiol on cell proliferation,migration and axon growth of mouse cerebellar granule cells were studied.The results showed that β-estradiol increased the proliferation and migration rate by more than 1 fold.β-estradiol also increased the length of axons by 0.5 fold（P〈0.001）.These results are very important in elucidating the physiological function of estrogen in mouse cerebellum development.
