摘  要:目的本文将磁刺激和传统中医穴位、经络传导相结合,研究了磁刺激内关穴对大脑α波的分布及能量的影响。方法绘制不同状态下的α波分布的脑电地形图,分析磁刺激对大脑α波分布的影响。采用Gabor小波和希尔伯特变换方法研究磁刺激对大脑α波能量的影响。结果磁刺激内关穴能够引起被试者α波的分布及能量的变化,表现在:磁刺激时α波分布范围大于安静状态;与刺激前相比,磁刺激后大脑额叶和左侧枕叶的α波能量明显增强。结论本研究表明磁刺激被试者的内关穴可能使被试者达到清醒和镇定的状态,与针刺内关穴的安神醒脑作用有着异曲同工之效。本研究验证了磁刺激穴位的有效性,为今后的相关研究奠定了基础。Objective This article combined the magnetic stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points, meridians conduction to study the effect of magnetic stimulation on wave α distribution and energy. Methods The brain electric activity mappings, which were of wave α distribution under different conditions, were drawn and utilized to analyze the effect of magnetic stimulation on wave α distribution. And Gabor wavelet and Hilbert transform were used to study the effect of magnetic stimulation on wave α energy. Results The magnetic stimulation at acupoint Neiguan could cause the changes of wave α distribution and energy. The distribution of wave α under magnetic stimulation state was enhanced than that of normal state. The power of wave α in the frontal and left occipital brain after magnetic stimulation was significantly higher than that before stimulation. Conclusion The study demonstrated that the subjects might be sober and quiet under the magnetic stimulation at acupoint Neiguan, and the magnetic stimulation might have a similar effect with acupuncture stimulation at Neiguan. The study verified the effectiveness of magnetic stimulation and laid the foundation for future research.
