农村土地流转中介组织构建与发展问题研究——以浙江省杭州市为例

摘　　要：通过论述建设和发展农村土地流转中介组织的必要性,以及农村土地流转中介组织的性质、主要职能和基本组织形式展开研究,以杭州萧山区的实地调研分析当前农村土地流转中介组织发展中存在的主要问题,认为农村土地流转中介组织的制度与法律建设不够完善是最主要的问题。并提出建设和发展农村土地流转中介组织的具体政策建议。Expand the study by discuss the necessity of construct and develop for rural land transfer intermediary organization and the nature,function, model of it.Through the investigation in XiaoShan,Hangzhou city,We analysis of the main problems of current rural land Intermediary organizations.We believe that the main question is system and legal construction is not perfect. On the basis of the problems,we propose the specific policy recommendations about construct and develop for rural land transfer intermediary organization.
