春小麦麦谷蛋白优质亚基的引进与应用研究

摘　　要：利用矮败小麦和八倍体小偃麦亚远缘杂交,进行了异源种质资源整合,从而丰富春小麦遗传基因多样性,平衡蛋白质氨基酸组成,改善春小麦加工品质,培育优质专用型春小麦新品种。筛选出含1Ax1、1Bx7+1By8、1Dx5+1Dy10集于一体的材料3份;含1Ax1、1Bx17+1By18、1Dx5+1Dy10集于一体的材料4份。2009年审定了两个含优质亚基的春小麦新品种晋春15号和晋春16号。We used dwarf male-sterile wheat and eight timesbody xiaoyan Mai Ya distant hybridization, heterologous germplasm resources integration, thus enriching spring wheat genetic diversity, balance protein amino acid composition composition, improve quality, cultivating high-quality irrigation processing special spring wheat new varieties. For years we have selected 1Axl, containing 1Bx7 ＋ 1Byg, lDx5 ＋ 1Dyl0 sets in one of the material has three parts, Contain 1Axl,lBxl7 ＋ IByl8,1Dx5＋lDylO sets in one of the four new material.Two contain high-quality subunits of new varieties of plants JinChun 15 and JinChun 16 was authorized in 2009.
