多西紫杉醇联合斑蝥酸钠对人肺腺癌细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多西紫杉醇联合斑蝥酸钠对人肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定细胞增殖抑制率,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率。结果:斑蝥酸钠和多西紫杉醇均能显著抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖诱导细胞凋亡(P<0.05),联合使用抑制率及凋亡率均显著高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论:多西紫杉醇和斑蝥酸钠均可明显抑制人肺腺A549细胞,联合使用抑制作用增强。Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect of combined application of docetaxel and sodium cantharidinate on human pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Method： Adenocarcinoma cell line A549 was chosen and growth inhibition was measured with MTT colorimetry and FCM assay. Result： Either docetaxel or sodium cantharidinate could inhibit the proliferation of A549 cell. Meanwhile, sodium eantharidinate could increase the sensitivity of A549 cell to docetaxel when combined application of them. The difference between single use and combined application of the two drugs was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Docetaxel and sodium cantharidihate both can inhibit the proliferation of A549 cell with enhanced effect when combined application.
