摘 要:目的:建立葛藤总黄酮分散片的处方工艺。方法:以单因素对填充剂、粘合剂、崩解剂的用量及种类进行考察后,采用正交设计考察微晶纤维素(MCC)、交联聚维酮(PVPP)及微粉硅胶和硬脂酸镁的用量对分散片崩解时间的影响。结果:确定了该分散片的处方及工艺,崩解剂对片剂崩解起着重要作用。结论:该处方工艺稳定,操作简便,分散片的崩解及溶出均符合规定。Objective: To optimize the formulation and preparation process of dispersible tablets containing total isoflavonoids from pueraria lobata. Method: After the amounts and categories of the filler, adhesive and disintegrant were examined by signal factor, the amounts of MCC, PVPP, aerosil and magnesium stearate were screened by orthogonal design using disintegration time as the index. Resuit: The formulation and preparation process of the dispersible tablets were optimized. The disiutegrant played an important part in the disintegration of the tablets. Conclusion: The preparation process is stable and easily operated, and the disintegration and dissolution of the dispersible tablets are in accord with the regulation.
