摘 要:为了实现电机的高性能运行,提出一种应用于双定子直线振荡电机的高效控制策略.由于电机在机械谐振频率运行时可达到最大的位移电流比且相角差为90°,根据此特性,在实现对于动子位移进行估算的基础上,确定了电机的谐振频率跟踪控制策略,并通过实验对此算法进行验证.实验结果表明,在有效行程范围(20 mm)内,谐振点变行程控制方式下估算行程的最大绝对误差0.3 mm、最大相对误差为3.7%,且该算法可迅速调节频率使电机工作于等效机械谐振点附近,运行高效.In order to achieve high efficiency operation of motor, a novel strategy of high efficiency control for the linear oscillatory motor with two separated stators was proposed. Combined with the mover displacement estimation method , the resonant frequency tracking strategy was proposed, that was based on the fact that the ratio of displacement and current reaches highest and phase angle difference is 90° at the resonant frequency. The method was verified by corresponding experiment. The experiment results show that the maximum absolute error of estimated stroke is 0.3 mm and the maximum relative error is 3.7 %. And the technique can adjust the operating frequency of the motor to track the varied resonant frequency, which makes motor with high efficiency.
