低铬白口铸铁的强韧化

摘  要:对2%Cr低铬白口铸铁,通过加入B,Mn以及用Si,RE进行变质处理后,研究其组织和性能发现,加B能提高碳化物的硬度,但降低材料的韧性;在B的加入量为0.4%时,材料有较好的综合性能。加Mn对碳化物的硬度影响不大,但降低材料的韧性。用Si和RE进行变质处理,能改善碳化物形态,提高材料的冲击韧性。Si含量为2.4%,残余RE含量为0.11%时,变质效果明显。热处理可以进一步改善材料的强韧性。In this paper, the 2% Cr white cast iron alloyed with B, Mn, Si and RE to improve its hardness and toughness has been reported. The results show that alloying with B can increase hardness of the carbide9 but decreases the toughness of the alloy. The best combination of the mechanical properties is achieved when alloyed with 0.4% B. Mn has a little effect to hardness, but decreases the toughness of the alloy. Modifying with Si and RE can improve the morphology of the carbide and increase the toughness of the alloy. The appropriate content of modifier is with 2.4% Si and 0.11% RE. The hardness and toughness can be improved furthermore via heat treatment.
