摘  要:【目的】利用逐级驯化后的光合细菌(PSB)处理皂素生产废水,研究PSB对皂素生产废水的净化效果及影响因素,为皂素生产废水的后续处理奠定基础。【方法】以PSB A21为供试菌株,在对其进行逐级驯化后,探讨培养条件以及废水初始pH值、处理温度、菌液投加量和处理时间对PSB净化效果的影响,并对PSB处理皂素废水的最佳条件进行了正交优化。【结果】在PSB处理皂素生产废水的4个影响因素中,影响净化效果的大小顺序为接种量>温度>处理时间>初始pH。PSB处理皂素生产废水的最佳工艺条件为:起始pH值8.0,温度30℃,接种量250 mL/L,黑暗好氧条件下培养96 h。在此条件下,PSB对皂素生产废水的COD去除率达68.96%。【结论】驯化后的PSB处理高浓度废水的适应性强,用其处理后皂素生产废水的COD显著降低。【Objective】 Using gradually domesticated photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) to treat saponin manufacturing wastewater,the research studied the purifying effect and influence factors of saponin manufacturing wastewater by PSB,in order to establish a basis for the past-treatment of wastewater.【Method】 The experimental strain PSB A21 was domesticated first,and then the effects of cultivation condition,initial pH value of wastewater,disposal temperature,dosage of bacteria liquid and disposal time on the PSB purification were discussed.Furthermore,the optimum conditions of saponin wastewater treated by PSB were orthogonal optimized.【Result】 The influence degree of four factors on saponin manufacturing wastewater purifying effect by PSB was inoculating amounttemperaturedisposal timeinitial pH.The optimal operating conditions were:initial pH value 8.0,inoculating amount 250 mL/L,dark aerobic condition for 96 hours at 30 ℃,the wastewater COD removal rate 68.96%.【Conclusion】 Wastewater with a higher concentration can be efficiently treated by PSB,after the treatment,the saponin wastewater's COD was reduced.
